Role Overview
Zero Deposit is entering its next phase of growth following the launch of a new product and the securing of partnerships with several of the UK’s largest letting agency groups and Build to Rent operators.
To support this growth, we are expanding our Partnerships team to work with strategic partners representing tens of thousands of annual tenancies across the UK Private Rented Sector.
The Senior Partnerships Manager – Letting Agency will play a critical role in ensuring these partnerships launch successfully and deliver sustained commercial performance. The role owns the journey from new partner launch through to long-term partner growth, embedding Zero Deposit products within partner operations and supporting the rollout of multiple products across partner networks.
The role will also work closely with proptech platforms and integration partners across the lettings ecosystem to ensure smooth technical rollout and scalable adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Launch
Lead the onboarding and rollout of newly secured agency partners.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering structured onboarding plans for each new partner
Supporting rollout across partner branches and operational teams
Coordinating integrations with partner systems and proptech platforms where required
Ensuring partners are trained and operationally ready to introduce Zero Deposit products
Identifying and engaging key stakeholders across partner organisations
Mapping partner structures, contacts and ownership within Salesforce
Product Adoption & Engagement
Ensure partners actively use and promote Zero Deposit products.
Responsibilities include:
Management of Key Stakeholders and Leaders
Driving product adoption across branches within partner organisations
Supporting branch managers and operational teams during early rollout
Identifying barriers to adoption and resolving them quickly
Demonstrating the value of Zero Deposit’s proposition and advantages over competitor and legacy solutions
Developing deep product expertise to confidently represent Zero Deposit products
Long-Term Partner Performance
Build and maintain strong partner relationships that drive sustained commercial performance.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring partner introduction volumes and engagement levels
Running structured performance reviews with key partner stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to increase product usage across branches and portfolios
Supporting partners to adopt multiple Zero Deposit products where appropriate
Working closely with internal teams, including Claims, Operations, Product and Engineering
Integration & Partner Ecosystem
Work with proptech and technology partners to support distribution and partner rollout.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting integrations with property management systems and proptech platforms
Working with integration partners to ensure smooth implementation
Identifying opportunities to expand distribution through technology partnerships
Partnership Mapping
Maintain strong commercial discipline across partner accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining clear account plans and partner performance tracking
Ensuring partner structures and contacts are accurately recorded in Salesforce
Providing regular updates on partner performance, risks and opportunities
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
Newly secured strategic partners successfully launched and are operational within agreed timelines
Strong adoption across partner branches and operational teams
Clear partner structures, stakeholders and account plans established in Salesforce
Consistent introduction volumes from newly launched partners
Zero Deposit products embedded within partner operational processes rather than dependent on individuals
High partner satisfaction with onboarding and support demonstrated through strong CSAT scores
Evidence of partner advocacy including referrals to other operators or agency groups and partner testimonials
Relationships established across multiple levels within partner organisations
Senior partner contacts moving between organisations actively advocate for and introduce Zero Deposit within their new businesses
Performance Measures
Success in the role will be measured through:
Speed and quality of partner launches
Branch engagement levels across agency partners
Introduction volumes from new and existing partners
Adoption of multiple Zero Deposit products
Partner satisfaction and retention
Skills & Experience
Essential
Proven ability to launch or implement products within partner businesses
Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across complex partner organisations
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Strong organisational and project management capability
Experience managing enterprise or strategic partners operating across multi-site or multi-branch organisations
Desirable
Experience managing large agency groups or multi-branch partner organisations
Understanding of the UK Private Rented Sector (PRS)
Experience in the property, lettings or proptech sectors
Experience working with financial or insurance products
