About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of new product opportunities for Zero Deposit. You’ll be directly responsible for the performance of any product you are managing, reporting to the Executive team. You’ll lead the process through refining concepts, validating key assumptions, designing, testing and building scalable MVPs.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the next phase of our growth, collaborating closely with the Executive team to identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities.

This is a UK-based, remote role, but will require some travel to London to meet with the team. 

What You'll be Doing

1. Define New Product Opportunities

• Collaborate with external B2B partners to develop products that solve their pain-points while driving growth for Zero Deposit.

• Analyse existing concepts and refine these into a strategic roadmap to drive revenue growth.

• Validate the financial and insurance risk assumptions to ensure new products are scalable and sustainable.

• Define the scope of MVPs, balancing speed-to-market with creating scalable, viable solutions. You will define the full detail of what we’re building, and why, ensuring that we’re making the right trade-offs.

2. Launch Product(s) to Market

• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to scope, build and launch the MVP you define.

• Align cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, partnerships, and compliance, to deliver products that meet regulatory requirements and operational needs.

• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to bring products to market and drive adoption.

3. Own Product Performance

• You will be directly responsible for the performance of any product that you manage, owning the product roadmap, KPIs, and user experience that will deliver business impact.

• Use customer and partner feedback, along with data analysis and internal insights, to identify areas for optimisation and growth.

• Prioritise high-impact iterations to improve product performance and expand the potential customer base.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, who fits the following profile:

• Proven Experience: A track record in Product Management, successfully taking products through ideation, launch & scale. Ideally within the insurance or property industry.

• Customer-Focus: Deep empathy for customer needs and a track record of delivering impactful, user-focused products.

• Strategic Thinking: You can connect opportunities with business strategy and lead the execution of initiatives that deliver growth and value.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You enjoy being part of a team and getting the most out of the collective strengths that any team has. You have experience working cross-functionally to turn ideas into impactful products.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders around shared goals. Preferably experience working in a B2B environment.

• Adaptability: A proactive attitude and ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity.
